As stated in his social media biography, Murtaza Rangwala is CEO of Filmymantra.com [ Filmymantra Digital Pvt Ltd ] and Co-Owner of NagpurOrange News. He also claims to be a digital marketing consultant but truth is that he just resell services primarily from Swapd Forum.
His sponsored and paid interviews detail his upbringing with a focus on how he became an established entrepreneur and digital marketer. He seems to have extensive experience in PR and branding, which makes him familiar with the workings of Indian publications and how they integrate interviews or articles in their Brand/Sponsor Content sections. These sponsored pieces of content further reveal that his primary aim was to gain verification, or to use them as props to entice clients into purchasing his verification & other Digital services.
For entrepreneurs, having a Wiki profile means enhanced visibility on Google, which gives the profile holder additional reason as to why they created a Wiki profile. Take for instance Mr. Murtaza, who’s known to many in the Digital World as an “Entrepreneur and Social Media Marketer from India”, apparently has an account at Bharatpedia which is a fork of Wikipedia. As these profiles on wiki spin off sites are paid and easy to make, virtually anyone can portray themselves in any manner. Update: Rangwala’s social media has countless images of celebrities alongside statements of claiming to assist the Mumbai Police. At the same time, he is known as a fraud and a scammer who has taken money from clients but did not deliver the services. He has been accused by many of not providing the promised social media verification and not refunding the money as well. He is accused to have defrauded a user on Swapd Forum of $19,000.
